Welcome to Les Gravets! We'd like to open the doors of this former tenant farm, an 18th-century rural house full of character, called "Les Gravets". Situated in a small, isolated hamlet in the heart of a peaceful, charming green setting, our property offers three double guest rooms, a self-catering cottage for 4 people, and two caravans for 2 people each, providing a maximum capacity of 14 people on the property.
Take advantage of our hectare of parkland to get away from it all and our swimming pool to cool off. We welcome you in summer and winter in a calm, green setting less than 40 minutes from Bordeaux. Lulled by the gentle songs of the birds, take your time and enjoy nature.
An ideal location!
Located in South Gironde at the gateway to Lot-et-Garonne and close to Bazas, Langon, La Réole and Marmande. Just a stone's throw from the Canal Latéral à la Garonne and at the crossroads of the Sauternes, Graves, Entre-deux-Mers and Côtes du Marmandais vineyards, this is a transitional area between the hillsides of the Lot-et-Garonne and the great forest of the Gascon moors. Close to cycle routes (voies vertes), the Canal Latéral à la Garonne and the villages and châteaux of Clément, as well as many other nature and sports activities. All kinds of outdoor sporting activities can be envisaged!
It's an ideal location for green tourism, hiking and mountain biking, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the area.

"Les Gravets" is nestled in a small valley in a hamlet between the villages of Aillas and Sigalens.
We have a vast area of meadow and shady, wooded areas, in the countryside and in a peaceful setting. At the edge of the forest, mushrooms are close at hand and hiking trails and walks start from the house.
A play area with a trampoline and outdoor games available: pétanque, balls, badminton, Landes skittles, stilts, etc. And even outdoor cinema when the weather permits.
The mountain bike trails are less than a pedal's length from the house! A GPS unit with all the routes is at your disposal, departure and arrival at the Maison d'hôtes des Gravets, followed by a well-deserved rest by the pool, in the shade of the cherry tree or in one of our quiet corners to relax!
